Prices and availability
Quotes, promotions, amenities, upgrades, and availability can change until a reservation is confirmed. Eligibility for preferred benefits varies by property, rate, dates, and supplier terms.
Supplier terms
Each confirmed booking is subject to the supplier’s payment schedules, cancellation policies, change rules, passenger requirements, and other terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final details before purchase.
Advisor compensation
Travel suppliers generally pay advisor commission on eligible bookings. This is why many clients can receive professional planning support without paying a higher price. If a separate planning or service fee applies, it will be disclosed before work begins.
Travel protection
Travel protection is strongly worth considering, but policies differ. Clients are responsible for reviewing coverage, exclusions, limits, pre-existing-condition rules, and claim procedures. No particular outcome or claim payment can be guaranteed.
Documents and entry requirements
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, identification, health documentation, consent forms for minors, and other entry or transit requirements. Requirements can change; current information should be confirmed through official government sources before travel.
Conditions and disruptions
Weather, strikes, public health events, government actions, supplier changes, and other circumstances can affect travel. Catherine will advocate for clients and assist with available options but cannot control third-party decisions or guarantee a particular resolution.
Accessibility and special needs
Please share mobility, dietary, medical, sensory, or other accommodation needs early. Requests can be communicated to suppliers, but fulfillment remains subject to supplier capabilities and confirmation.
